Rates are per room

Single Room from £79 – £105

Double or twin Room from £85 – £125

Children’s Rates

Add £6 per child (up to 16 years) on a bed & breakfast basis. Prices are based on a child sharing with 2 adults. Children in their own room will be charged at 50% the adult rate, including breakfast.

Check in

You’re welcome to arrive and check-in anytime after 2pm.

Stay a little longer

Normal check-out time is 11.00am. But if you’d like to stay in your room until 2pm, please ask for a late check-out. We’ll always do our best to oblige, and if available, a £10 supplement will apply.

Booking terms & conditions

We will ask you for a credit card to guarantee your stay at the time of booking, but will not charge your card until you stay with us.

We do accept all major credit and debit cards but we’re sorry we can only accept cheques as payment 14 days prior to arrival.

We understand that plans sometimes need to change and as long as you cancel your bookings before 12 noon on the day before you’re due to arrive, there will be no charge. Bookings cancelled after 12 noon on the day before you’re due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. No-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Rates include VAT at the current rate.

Lowest Rate Guarantee

We don’t want you to waste your time looking for the lowest deal on our accommodation, so we guarantee that you will not find our rooms advertised at a cheaper price elsewhere. In the unlikely event you do find a lower price within 24 hours of booking, we will honour the lower rate you’ve found and offer you a further 10% discount.
